Handy little store, always parking except school in-out times. Staff always friendly especially Debbie who is a good ambassador for the Co Op.
Used for Collect+, handed 2 parcels over to a young girl working in here this this afternoon - discovered only given me receipt for 1 of these. Obviously not scanned barcodes properly. Therefore if the other parcel is to go missing I have no proof so shall not receive a refund. Certainly expect these to be scanned properly at a Co-op, can’t be trusted for this obviously. As I live 5 miles away my Mum popped in & was told parcels had gone which was a lie, tracking barcode I could see that. Ringing up, I was told parcels were in the cupboard. Any problem scanning a barcode they have to type it in (I’ve witnessed this being done many times). Hundreds of times I have used Collect+ (different place to this).
