The Gentlemen there also tried to explain to the Lady next to me that her real nails were going to basically rot because of water ingress, and many many acrylics, and that she should have them taken off, but she didn’t take any notice, or maybe didn’t want to, and was very rude about it. But he did his bit. Which shows a duty of care over money, which says a lot in my opinion. Thanks again.”

When she cuts my hair, I'm often asked, 'Who gave you that cut,' because people like the work she does. A well known Italian hairdresser asked me who the hairdresser was who did my haircut, he said he wanted to meet her. He was impressed by the mastery of the volumes and the finish of the cut.
