“I can’t vouch for every dentist at the practice, but if they’re all anything like Fauzania, then dental phobia might just go extinct. Honestly, if more dentists were this gentle, calm, and downright lovely, “fear of the dentist” would be a thing kids read about in history books. Even the receptionist—who, let’s face it, can sometimes be the real test of nerves—was an absolute delight. No icy glares, no clipboard interrogations, just smiles and warmth. A plot twist I didn’t see coming! Now, I’ve been seeing dentists twice a year for 49 years (that’s a lot of fluoride), and I’ve never felt so at ease in The Chair. Every step was explained clearly—whether it was a puff of air or a cheek pull, nothing came as a surprise. I didn’t even do the usual death grip on the armrests! “From the moment I made contact with the team at Solihull, It seemed that I mattered. At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.”

“I walked in off the street, looking for advice. Before I knew I was sitting in the dentist’s chair, something I would normally have to work myself up to for days. I am an extremely nervous patient and even walking in the door was a huge step for me. I recently went to my dentist for a crown replacement, x-ray was taken, and was told it could be replaced, no problem, the appointment lasted about 5 minutes. The dentist at Solihull practise, took the time to look at how the crown replacement would affect the rest of my teeth and advised, yes it was possible to he bought my attention to the obvious difficulties. The tooth under the crown has pushed forward so any replacement would probably not be in line with my teeth. Obvious once it was pointed out. He took time to explain what my different options are and will follow up with a phone call. If you are a nervous, anxious patient I highly recommend you give this practice a go. I even managed to have a giggle with the staff. Five plus stars”
