It had unfortunately been discontinued & as it was over 2 yrs old, wasn’t under guarantee. However, the lovely lady who served me, offered to replace it -with a gorgeous updated version- with just a minimal surplus to pay. Result = one delighted & loyal customer who will continue to buy Swarovski products.”
