She was reassuring, gave me a thorough examination and gave me advice on what to do next. I don’t generally have positive experiences in GPs but I felt a lot better after speaking to Dr Khushnud. “All of my experiences with clerical staff up to the Providers have been kind and compassionate. I have had some complicated issues that has required a lot of untangling to get my name correct, my records, everything that could go wrong, has. The clerical staff had been nothing but knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. This is the second GP I've had here in UK and by far the best. The Providers take their time and I never feel rushed and always feel heard. I wish they had more appointment availability as it is always hard to get an appointment.”
