Turns out the flywheel was on its way so at midday I tried multiple garages around West Brom to see if there was any way anyone could get it fixed today. No one was able to help, but Av auto centre got me in ASAP, all the guys here super friendly and they were totally honest in saying what parts I did and didn't need replacing, .
