Paid at the reception and was asked to take a seat. The beautician saw to me and asked me what I wanted done. She did a great job and asked me to take a look as we went along. I was happy and she worked quickly and didn’t hack away at my eyebrow shape. When she finished she asked me if I wanted some soothing gel and pointed me in the direction of it. I found this experience pleasant because it was quick and efficient and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff are really nice and patient. It took me a while to pay as I’d lost my purse and coins amongst my other bags and thankfully I didn’t get any awkward feelings or looks. I’d definitely go there again.”
