This hub has hugely contributed to making people's life a little easier and helping people with their difficulties. From gym, boxing, mentoring, children's club, over 60s club, volunteer work, community work and beyond. Keep up the great work.”

“This review is for the sports hall, which I and my friends attend for badminton on Wednesday evenings. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Chairs and benches are available at request if they are not already out. It has changing facilities as well as a water fountain. Snacks are available from vending machines. There is a viewing gallery with chairs and tables also. The actual gym is not something I have used but can be seen from the car park as you walk to the entrance and a number of machines for use can be seen.”

“I visited Matt for a knee injury that had been plaguing me for over a year that was gradually getting worse with continued strength training and sports. Matt was quick to diagnose the issue as quad tendinopathy and gave me a tailored rehabilitation programme to strengthen the tendon and reduce the pain. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and great at answering any questions and going into detail on the rehabilitation process. META Physio also have a very well equipped gym which is ideal to teach new exercises and assess if they're a right fit for the injury. All in all a great physio, I wish I'd gone to Matt sooner! Highly recommended”

“Went for a dinner party event. The reception and bar staff were most welcoming and helpful, nothing os too much trouble. The hotel was very comfortable and bright. Although we did not book overnight, those that did complemented on the bedrooms. Close to beautifully wild Sutton Park for walks and rambles.”

Sports direct. com uk number one!!! went to get the mug came out a new man. never experienced such an electric atmosphere and dashing staff in one place. wanted new londsdales to walk the dog and was blown away by the amazing service. Manager girl seemed extremely moody for someone working in the uks best store. If i was her i’d cry everyday out of happiness. An asian boy with glasses and another black guy with a bald head absolutely amazing help. Till staff with beard and glasses even sold me the best carrier bag alive. Might let my son use it as his school bag. Nike t shirts extremely short my belly was hanging out the bottom. if they have any vacancies i’d quit my job to work here! forget spending money on a holiday to spain, save it and come and spend in this gem of perry barr. i reckon this is the reason they got to host the commonwealth games here. If i had any socks left after kfc sports direct would have sent them to the moon. 10/10 service 10/10 items 5/10 bunds 10/10 staff Would visit everyday if i could but i’d have no socks left”
