   I visited the store this Monday evening and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was trying to check for a shoe size, but the staff member who assisted me was disengaged and unhelpful. One-word answers and a lack of attentiveness. It seemed as if he didn’t want to be there at all. Very frustrating experience— I just gave up and walked out.

   The service is not great. It feels like they are doing you a favour by serving you. I ended up leaving without buying anything because they were not very helpful when I was trying to find the right size of trainers for me.

   I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. The manager was extremely rude, and I honestly don’t understand how she was hired. She treated me with complete disrespect, as if I was beneath her, instead of valuing me as a customer. On top of that, my issue was not handled in a professional manner at all. I’ve always liked Sports Direct, but this particular store is terrible. I will never return, and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

   the worst customer service i have ever had the misfortune to have to contact. i ordered an item to be collected and was failed to be notified when it arrived. then when i contacted customer service they assured me it would be returned and i would be refunded. all fine. but no, it took me MONTHS of back and forth with these people for them to follow their own rules!! kept my item and fobbing me off for over 2 months when according to their policy, it should’ve been returned after 10 days! so months and months of going back and forth, empty words, empty emails and broken english, only when i brought up the laws they had broke and the legal action i would be taking against them had they not refunded me within 5 days, then they finally refunded me!! worst service provided ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to be messed about. they don’t care.

   The floating staff to help you find shoes in your size tend to avoid you, you have to chase them around the store clutching a shoe as if you're about to beat them with it, they seem friendly enough once you talk to them but getting that first interaction can be challenging even if the store is empty

   I was looking around on shoe section for good 15 min -nobody came asking If I need some assistance..it's difficult to spot worker ...and if you are served by someone nice you are in luck.Finally I see one big asian worker lady gossiping with friend-clearly was private chat with friend of hers..so I go ask for my shoe size..and big lady put hand in front of my face even before I start talk and say to me she is busy with customer..and roll eyes on me to friend as I was disturbing their conversation...shocking ...finally I found other worker who served me...absolutely disgusting service...shame i couldnt give 0 stars

   perhaps the best thing in my life. Sports direct. com uk number one!!! went to get the mug came out a new man. never experienced such an electric atmosphere and dashing staff in one place. wanted new londsdales to walk the dog and was blown away by the amazing service. Manager girl seemed extremely moody for someone working in the uks best store. If i was her i’d cry everyday out of happiness. An asian boy with glasses and another black guy with a bald head absolutely amazing help. Till staff with beard and glasses even sold me the best carrier bag alive. Might let my son use it as his school bag. Nike t shirts extremely short my belly was hanging out the bottom. if they have any vacancies i’d quit my job to work here! forget spending money on a holiday to spain, save it and come and spend in this gem of perry barr. i reckon this is the reason they got to host the commonwealth games here. If i had any socks left after kfc sports direct would have sent them to the moon. 10/10 service 10/10 items 5/10 bunds 10/10 staff Would visit everyday if i could but i’d have no socks left
