    Very disappointing experience. I tried to return an item that was in poor condition - it started pilling after just one wash and wear but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The manager refused to accept the return/exchange, insisting it wasn’t their responsibility. Overall, terrible customer service and lack of accountability. I won’t be shopping here again.

    Just been into the fort shopping centre store. Was in there 15 minutes trying to find someone to open a fitting room so I could try on some golf trousers and there wasn’t anyone about. Left eventually only to be told by security that everyone was in game looking at a new release. Absolutely no way to run a store and it’s obvious the manager has no control over his unprofessional staff. Will not be returning

    What a horrible experience this place is, I have always been a big fan of sports Direct, but the one at the Fort must honestly be the worst store in the UK. The staff are rude and unmotivated and the store is filthy, this is what happens to your hands if you hold on the bannister. Reported to the supposed Manager who wasn't at all bothered, store needs a overall and that includes the staff.

    Have tried 3 separate times to leave a fair review for Sports Direct to have them all rejected by their moderators. I ordered a l personalised football shirts as a gift for my daughter's best friend and was given an estimated delivery date. The date came and went and I was unable to get a revised date from anyone. Soo left a fair review for my shopping experience. However being negative their moderators rejected the reviews each time.

    Large selection of trainers... plus lots of other sports items... big big footwear variety... lots to choose from and free parking... Great place to shop... friendly service and fair to good prices... can get a deal here

    This shop is not over there any more. I got over there today just to find out there is different shop there now though It is still showing on a Google maps as a Sports Direct.

    Hi guys. I would like to inform you of how great a young lad with a very square head was to me the other day. His customer service was absolutely sublime and whatever he’s on, he deserves at least double. He was a young blonde lad with a stitching in his Nike jumper.
