This personal touch made my visit even more enjoyable. Additionally, I noted a significant difference between this salon and another I recently visited. At the other location, communication was a challenge due to the language barrier, as the staff did not speak English. However, at this salon, Lily, one of the staff members, speaks fluent English and conducted herself in a professional manner. Her ability to communicate effectively made a positive impact on my overall experience. I look forward to returning to the salon soon for another appointment.”
