“I was so scared and worried before committing to this salon, as I haven’t been to a salon in around 10 years (I have a hairdresser sister) but I’ve never felt more welcome. From the get go all communications were always quick, reliable and friendly. I managed to get an appointment with Leanne after a cancellation. We organised a quick patch test and consultation where we spoke about what I wanted, followed by a patch test behind my ear and a quote for how much it would all cost. This literally only took about 10 minutes. I felt so welcomed as soon as i entered the doors. On the day of my hair, we revisited our conversation at the patch test making sure there was no miscommunication about what I wanted. Leanne was so friendly, constantly asking if I was comfortable and needed anything. I’m so pleased with the final results and would highly recommend this salon. The products they used are so high quality and left my hair feeling so amazing that I bought exactly what they used!! Thank you so much Leanne and the team at The hair shack for the amazing customer service, that I will definitely be revisiting in the new year :)”

The shop was clean, it wasn't crowded, the atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant and nigel was fantastic. I showed him what I wanted and he did me an absolute service. He's a proper man of the community which by today's standards, is rare. I loved the haircut, the experience and the conversation so much so, I tipped extra, because the prices in today's climate was absolutely affordable and with lasting words... worth every penny.
