I have previously visited another local nail salon where I often went for a basic design or one colour to avoid disappointment (they never could get it right) but after only two visits to nailin ‘ it and I’ve been able to be more adventurous and leave happy with the design, shape etc! “A gem hidden amongst gems. Customer service is absolutely customer focused, customer oriented as they always aim to please(even the most annoying client whilst I was there left with a smile). You can choose to have a "cold beverage"whilst waiting for your order. Slow jazz, the air-conditioning and passing traffic just adds a somewhat serene ambiance. Absolutely brilliant!! I strongly recommend you check them out when around Tipton/Dudley area... The food is packaged and spiced with care and thoughtfulness.... What an experience!!!!”
