She knows a haircut, or a change of look, can affect a person's mood. She likes to make you feel good. She is one of those persons who loves her job, and the result is seen in that mastery of the cut that ends up making you look more flattering. When she cuts my hair, I'm often asked, 'Who gave you that cut,' because people like the work she does. A well known Italian hairdresser asked me who the hairdresser was who did my haircut, he said he wanted to meet her. He was impressed by the mastery of the volumes and the finish of the cut. She is an artist. The last time I was there, she also gave me very natural highlights. I leave the photo below.”

I showed her an idea and she found a suitable variant for my hair type and I’ve got to say, this is the first haircut I’ve ever had where I’ve left feeling happy. Louise also helped me pick out a new styling approach and introduced me into another service which may help me with my end goal, definitely coming here for my hair cuts and other services! In the past, I have had a keratin treatment however, each time I had it my grey/white hair was left very brassy, and even purple shampoos could not bring back the shine and tone of my natural hair colour. I did my research for a treatment that could combat this, and for a hairdresser that could deliver it. I had a WhatsApp consultation prior to booking the appointment, and was looking forward to what was in store. Sam did a brilliant job with the treatment, and took her time to see how my hair was responding to it, in terms of keeping my natural colour bright. She gave good advice on after-care, which will help me maintain the result. I loved the cut and finish, she cut my hair exactly how I like it to be cut. Her expertise was unquestionable, and her staff were friendly and attentive. I’m a very satisfied customer!”
