    “Our dog Bruce was really well cared for up until he was put to sleep out of kindness. The love and support we had was amazing. They even allowed us to bring in our other dog to say goodbye after he passed. We will never forget the kindness they showed us on the worst day of our lives. They took some paw prints from him and his fur that we will treasure forever. We cannot thank you guys enough.”

From that meeting her and the surgery team put together a package of appointments which concluded in me attending QE hospital. The people I met were very kind, caring, knowledgeable and helpful.
