It’s genuinely not the same when she isn’t around. She feels like part of the furniture—in the best possible way—and we always enjoy the lovely banter we share with her. Naz is professional, open, warm, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Her hosting skills are excellent, and she’s always there when needed. Me and my family adore her to bits and wish her every success in her role at Cedar Court Bradford. It’s because of people like Naz that we continue to return; she makes the whole experience wonderful. We’d also like to extend our best wishes to all the staff and management at Cedar Court. The hotel has really upped its game recently, and the rooms—especially the executive rooms—are delightful. They are extremely clean, furnished to high standards, and come with everything you could possibly need, including high-quality extras. You know a hotel is top-tier when they stock The White Company shampoos and conditioners—absolutely superb! If we were to make one small suggestion, it would be to add a standing wardrobe in the larger rooms so clothes can be hung up easily. Apart from that, the stay is exceptional—especially thanks to the brilliant management team, and of course, Naz. Without her, the place isn’t quite the same in terms of service!
