I was writing the review and saw the negative reviews and was disappointed to see what was written. Mohammad Atif from my gathering is not even a customer and a friend of Waqas Arshad whom I was present in the shop when this issue was raised. I remeber you telling me when I had my battery replaced to keep it serviced ensure a filter is installed and that neglectful driving is not tolerated I know on many occasions you will still warranty out a battery but it is also true that this is not sustainable if a customer is constantly neglectful. You lads provide a great service locally and I will always recommend you but it is very hurtful to see a coalition of gentlement trying to tarnish your name just becuase something did not go their way. To use fake accounts and create a false narative is absolutley abhorent use of someones time and a clear violation of Google protocol and services one which I will personally be reporting. To everyone reading anything Hybrid or for that matter anything at all automotive give the lads a shout and they will handle it if not they will go out the way and help you get it sorted even if they dont gain from it thats the type of shop they are.
