“I just feel after my visit to this dentist today I have to write this review. I am an EXTREMELY nervous patient and have always been scared to death of the dentist. After a traumatising few years I knew I had to confront my fear and find a dentist to go to as my teeth had been left in quite a bad way after having my son 4 years ago and having PND. My teeth were weak and cracked easy I even had to have one taken out, I was mortified. Anyway I did some research and came across this dentist online and I just feel I have to say my two visits there have just been unbelievable and after today's visit with Hannah (the dental hygienist) I just feel so happy already. She made me feel so at ease, no rushing at all, she spoke to me all the time and explained what and why she was doing it. And she said my gums had improved a lot since my first visit. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Yvonne the receptionist is amazing too, so happy to help you in any way possible. I have been referred to the orthodontist already which I am amazed at because I was still waiting 18 months later at my previous dentist. I have come home today smiling and feel there is hope to get my nice white smile back and cannot thank these people enough!!! If you're scared of the dentist visit this dentist and you will definitely feel at ease. What an amazing place and I can actually say I am looking forward to my next appointment!!!! :) Thank you so so much and Hannah you truly have made my day today, thank you. Rebecca x”

“I have been here twice now and both times she has been AMAZING! I suffer quite bad with anxiety & have a huge phobia of needles. Every time I have shown signs on panicking she has been more than amazing. She was very gentle & empathetic. I came from carrwood dental surgery and I feel like they don't give off a level of empathy as parkside do and carwood was very rough with the needle. Parkside asked if I would liked it numb and was gentle all the way through letting me know when it will be done and how the process would work. I felt like at carwood surgery they wouldn't tell me much information and would take mic to help me out and not give me right care instructions so they could make more money out of me but I don't feel like this with parkside they've just got to it and gave me a lot of information on my teeth and gums. I am very happy with my services here.”

Having visited the hygienist last week ( only ever had one previous appointment in my past and it wasn’t a good experience ) This lady was just so good, so kind and patient and not at all rough as my previous experience. Today I came back to see Holly for a filling. She knows I’m anxious, she understands, takes her time, explains everything and just completely put me at ease. No pain whatsoever. I’m 63 but might just not be dentist phobic anymore! 10/10”

I am a very nervous patient and avoid dentists until last minute, got in here, and he had the tooth out in under 30 seconds, the same with the lady before me. Numbed, waited 20 mins, back in and just as I thought he was changing tools, he wasn't. It was done! Didn't feel thing. Great job.”
