Poppy was amazing,very patient (my feet were unloved) and my feet can now be admired in public instead of scaring them. My nails are well treated and a solution was found to the no colour rule at work. Was a treat from a friend who is equally impressed by her treatments. We have already booked a return visit.”

“I've had my nails done 3 times in this country and the first 2 times I left frustrated and embarrassed and I took the nails off straight away. I went to coco nails yesterday and I FINALLY found the place to which I'll give my business. Nails were straight, not sideways or sticking straight up. The varnish is nice. The staff were straight to the point, they got my nails done and I was out in 45 minutes.”

“Nails are amazing, they look good and are good designs but maybe slightly pricey, although I suppose expense based on difficulty isn't unreasonable. However it does feel very isolating when the tech doing your nails doesn't even understand you (which is fine, just would be nice to know ahead of time). I come back here because they are good at what they do and if you want to leave with pretty nails then absolutely come here. I do miss the atmosphere of staff who actually talk to you instead of laughing to each other and talking on the phone, while doing your nails- my anxiety makes me feel like they're laughing at me which isn't a welcoming feeling. My whole family came in today and spent over £100 between us and all left with exactly what we asked for. Good money spent overall. Update: Jay and the other guy stayed half an hour after closing to make sure my sister walked out with amazing nails. They are so detailed and they look amazing. True commitment.”
