I am always made to feel welcome and am greeted by name every time which makes me feel like a valued customer. My nails are always finished to an excellent standard and I always get lots of compliments on them. I have my nails quite long with acrylic and they never break! Even after a 5 week break my nails looked exactly the same! If you want a top quality service in a friendly environment then Lilys is the place for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

I was offered a hot drink and everything was done to make me as comfortable as possible. The only negative is the 2 steps to get into it, but as an old building with a very narrow pavement in front of it that can't be helped. Despite that, I will definitely be back.”

“Nails are amazing, they look good and are good designs but maybe slightly pricey, although I suppose expense based on difficulty isn't unreasonable. However it does feel very isolating when the tech doing your nails doesn't even understand you (which is fine, just would be nice to know ahead of time). I come back here because they are good at what they do and if you want to leave with pretty nails then absolutely come here. I do miss the atmosphere of staff who actually talk to you instead of laughing to each other and talking on the phone, while doing your nails- my anxiety makes me feel like they're laughing at me which isn't a welcoming feeling. My whole family came in today and spent over £100 between us and all left with exactly what we asked for. Good money spent overall. Update: Jay and the other guy stayed half an hour after closing to make sure my sister walked out with amazing nails. They are so detailed and they look amazing. True commitment.”
