I travel 2 to 3 months a year, I like that I am able to suspend my membership while I am away (for £5.00 per month). Staff are a quite young, they would benefit from a little customer care training such as acknowledging you as you leave, being more present in the gym.”

The policies are VERY clear about discipline and behaviour so if you don't want your child to be spoken to when they have done something outside the rules don't send them! Yes there are some issues (we have 1 child still there and 1 who finished recently) but they are being addressed. They give children an outstanding education and a real head start in life. Ofsted inspections prove this, don't let the reviews here bias your opinion.”
