The piercer (think it was Kate?) was brilliant, talked through the process and made sure everything was done perfectly and gave great after care advice. “Had the most fantastic experience having my ears pierced. I didn’t catch the name of the lady (short blonde hair, glasses, nose ring), but she was amazing. Calm, knowledgeable, confident and very kind. She explained everything so clearly and kept such a calm manner, it was all so reassuring. Within minutes I felt confident she’d do a very good job. All very clean and hygienic. Would highly recommend.”
