“From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the surgery. After being unwell for over 10 days, I contacted the surgery during what I know is one of the most difficult and pressured times of the year for GP practices. From the very first moment, the reception team were absolutely exceptional. They listened to me with kindness, patience, and genuine care, making me feel heard and supported when I was feeling at my weakest. I had already been advised by a pharmacist and by NHS 111 to seek urgent GP advice, and the receptionists acted quickly and compassionately to ensure a doctor contacted me as soon as possible. Their calm reassurance and efficiency made an enormous difference and immediately gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. The doctor then asked me to attend the surgery, where I was thoroughly assessed and diagnosed with pneumonia. Thanks to their professionalism and prompt action, I was able to start antibiotics straight away, and I am now on the road to recovery. I truly believe that without the care, understanding, and swift response from this surgery, my condition could have been far worse. The kindness shown to me was not just medical care — it was genuine human care, and it meant more than words can express. Thank you for being there when I needed you most.
