I also disclosed I am neurodivergent and some of the difficulties that this carries with regards to interpreting some things and my heightened anxiety during this whole process. I don't think any brokers would advertise themselves as "neurodivergent friendly" becuase it's probbaly not a thing a lot of people think about but, honestly if you are neurodivergent, I'd definitely recommend them as they were very patient and understanding. I think I got a good deal with the mortgage and further down the line it had to be amended as renegotiated the price of the property but the process was very fast which allowed me to complete in the timeline that I had set up.”
