“I'm currently living away from home for personal reasons. Isobel kindly fitted my cockapoo Norbert in at short notice to check his bum gland, which seemed to be causing him some discomfort. She talked me through the potential cause of the problem and how to express the gland at home. She then examined Norbert's glands and they didn't need to be expressed. Isobel did not charge for her time, which was fantastic. Given her calm nature and rich experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Isobel. I plan to bring Norbert back for a groom as and when I move house this way.”
