I need my prescription changed and I also wanted new frames so I was introduced to a member of staff who could assist me to choose. I took up the option of spending a little more on frames and getting a second pair free,, which I had the option of having as sunglasses either prescription or normal I then had some measurement taken and I chose which lenses I wanted, tint on the sunglasses and other lenses to suit my lifestyle. I paid and made an appointment to collect/ have my new pairs of glasses fitted. Overall a great experience.”
