βZoe is brilliant, so much more than a physio. I think I saw 8 different people before Zoe and she has fixed my back! She took ownership of the injury, working over a period of time rather than just one session. She was recommended to me by my wife who she has also helped a great deal. I can't recommend her highly enough, listen to her and do what she says!β
βStaff here are so very helpful and polite, nothing is too much bother well doneβ
βExceptional service on the phone today receptionist was compassionate competent and very helpfulβ
βI hadn't been to see the GP in a good few years; I booked an appointment easily once I was set up on the NHS Patient Access app with the help of the receptionist. Appointment was in two weeks time, it wasn't urgent, so this suited me fine. I saw Doc Jessica Lloyd. She was extremely helpful, listened to what I had to say and followed up with me getting some tests. I felt like she genuinely cared, and this helped put my mind to rest. Two weeks later, I had my blood taken by Samantha Edgar. This is the first time I'd had blood taken, and it was quick and painless. Overall, a very positive experience at Grange Road Surgery!β
