“What can I say, Peter is a fantastic teacher and host! From the time I arrived for the workshop he made me feel very welcome, we had a coffee and discussed what my aims were with whips to inform what he would teach. Since we had some time before the hall was booked for the workshop, Peter also have me a lesson in knife throwing, which was a fantastic bonus to the day! He is very knowledgable, and passionate, and let me use some of his more interesting and unique props once I had learned some basics, he has an amazing collection of props for knife throwing, whips, and shooting, which he was happy to show me and let me use. On to the whip part of the workshop, Peter brought a range of different whips to teach the differences between the different styles of whip, and how some tricks can be easier to learn with different whips. Peter was an excellent, patient teacher, giving hands on support on whip cracks that I found difficult to show the correct movements. He adapts what he teaches well to the speed you learn at, so that when I felt confident with a move, he was always ready to teach me the next step, or give ideas of how to link it with other things I had learned. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, Peter is knowledgable, patient, and has a lot of brilliant stories to tell! I would recommend this workshop to anyone of any level, Peter will always have something to teach you! Thank you so much Peter, and I’m sure I will be back to learn more from you soon!!”
