    “Best Sunday dinner that we’ve eaten at a pub/ restaurant in a long time. Food was high quality and beautifully cooked. Two of our party are chefs so they know what they’re talking about! Will definitely return. Only niggle was we couldn’t park in the car park as it was a busy Sunday lunchtime”

    “Had an issue where one of my friends slipped on the floor, after another patron spilled a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with the lead bouncer being absolutely superb at making sure that everything was okay and getting medical aid from a nearby triage unit. Me and my friends would like to say a big thank you . Would definitely recommend this venue.”

    “Bedroom perfectly comfortable and clean but could do with attention to dated window frames that allowed a little cold in. However, along with a standard radiator a freestanding electric one is supplied. Communal areas of reception, the bar and dining hall are all very tasteful. The greatest asset of this hotel is the staff who are so obliging and friendly. A super breakfast with friendly staff sets each day off perfectly. The evening meals are of a very high standard all served with a pleasant rapport. We may have arrived curtesy of a bargain coach holliday but were treated like we arrived in a Bentley.”
