βVery impressive service. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Also - I'd left tax returns and accounts to the very last minute, but their unbelievably quick turnaround meant that they were submitted on time and correctly. I'd recommend the Rugby branch to anyone, and I'll defintiely be using them again. A huge thanks.β
βWe would like to thank Rugby Fitted Kitchen for their great service in every way in the installation of our new kitchen. From the very beginning when Andrew helped us make important decisions to make our new kitchen right for us. Then along came Dave to make it all happen. Such a skilled man with so much knowledge. From the delivery and removal of the skip, Billy the plasterer, the office staff and everyone involved a big thank you. Wishing Rugby Fitted Kitchen every success in the future. βFantastic Building. Last I went down here was probably early 90s to have a look around not the building. But around the grounds where Cricket etc is played. I come across a huge swimming pool not in use ? Where it dips off. I ain't been back for ages. It looked very Victorian ? Statues all around this pool. Has it been cleaned out ? I love to see photo's of it.β
βThis was a beautiful natural walk that we found to be full of singing birds and gorgeous trees. Accessable for all ages to walk.β
βLovely open space, good for the dogs too on the exercise area. Bit muddy at this time of year as you'd expect but not terrible in walking boots. Going to be lovely in the summer!! Update June 2024: it is indeed lovely in the summer! Only a few muddy spots in dips in the path - easily stepped over or around. Lots of greenery and wildlife.β
βAll I can say is WOW! Incredible food with very generous portions, lovely staff, dog friendly and just an overall amazing atmosphere. The roast dinner was delicious and we couldnβt get enough of it! Weβve found our new favourite restaurantβ
βDouglass Motors have been looking after my various cars for a number of years. Top class service, friendly and helpful staff who keep you updated if issues occur. Highly recommend giving them a try.β
βA wonderful location with glorious foods made with love :) Take a look and try something new or different :pβ
βA small, friendly club which serves well kept real ales, lager, cider, wines and spirits. There is an upstairs function room which holds 60 people and is available to non-members. There are active skittles and dart teams and regular quiz nights. A great little club and also Camra Club of the Year 2015!β
βLots of pitches, of varying sizes and surfaces. Parking is good. We have played on the pitches several times with the young kids football teams.β
βDid a fantastic job with my very fussy anxious boy, couldnβt fault her.β
βdaughter(s) attended for some time. fully qualified, structured, and fun for the children. Teaching multiple aspects of dance, with a building level of discipline. Jaide has her own, and is thoroughly used to dealing with children and seems to get a lot out of it.β
βSeven of us went in today for a bit of lunch. We knew it might be busy but we took our chances. 20 to 30 minute wait for food was explained as we ordered. Not a problem. When the food came it was delicious. The service was spot on and we could tell that the staff were slightly stressed with it being so busy, but they delivered and made us very happy. Thank you so much The Bear.β
βDespite growing up in the area this was my first "proper" time at The George and, have to say, first impressions were very good. Light, bright decor inside with plenty of seating options, including a dedicated dining area for meals and a spacious beer garden. Good atmosphere inside, with relaxing selection of background music that wasn't so loud as to be intrusive. Service was brilliant throughout, from the bright, friendly greeting on our arrival to the attentive staff looking after us during meal. Food allergy advised at time of booking was reiterated by the staff when taking our orders, which was reassuring. And, on the subject of the meal, the food was excellent - good portion sizes, very tasty and reasonably priced too. Everyone in our group was very happy with what they had. Would definitely recommend and, although we don't really get out much, we'll definitely be back.β
βVery good - turns up when he says he will and knows what he's doingβ
βStayed here because I was heading to SWB Motorsports, its less than a mile away. The Dun Cow was busy when we stayed, maybe due to Christmas, but more likely because the staff were so friendly, despite being busy. We had evening meals and breakfast - fantastic choice of food, happy to make small changes on the menu to meet your needs, very alert to any allergens. Our room, the Draycote, could accommodate a family if required, had a very clean and enormous shower room and the most gloriously uneven, quirky floor due to the age of the building. The bed was really comfy (I like a firm mattress) which helped me sleep quite soundly, it covered up the only downside (my husband heard the traffic) of being alongside a busy crossroads.β
βReally good family pub. I donβt normally leave reviews unless Iβm particularly impressed and I am here. Ticks all the boxes, play area, colouring and crayons for the kids. A decent pint, nice traditional but well kept decor with indoor and outdoor background music. The food is really good and incredibly cheap & great value. The icing on the cake is the staff and service. Young well mannered and helpful people who are a credit to the establishment. Well done, Weβl definitely be back.β

βA wonderful week's cycling to Paris from Le Havre. That first glimpse of the Arc de Triomphe will stay with me for a long time, as we entered the centre of Paris amid showers, wet cobbles and teeming traffic. An absolute thrill. Andy and Jane were so supportive and guided us, every day, through the best of Normandy. We can't wait for our next escapade with Fellow Velo.β
