“We had Boxx n Bar do our wedding catering, they worked with us to understand the vibe and menu we were going for and gave loads of great suggestions, not just restricted to the food! They were really communicative throughout the whole process and we got great feedback from vegans and non-vegans alike. Would 100% recommend their food, and having them cater any events!”

“Went here with my dad before seeing the TWICE documentary and have also ordered from here on Just Eat before. Let me tell you it is the best food I have ever had in my entire life. The flavours are so authentic and the portion sizes are so generous so you never feel like you weren’t given enough. There is also an amazing variety of starters, mains and sides to choose from so you have a lot of options. We had the karage chicken and chicken gyoza for starters when we came here and it was heavenly. The mains were even better — teriyaki chicken breast bowl and katsu chicken. I mean it when I say it was the best food we’ve ever had. I could have devoured the entire menu. I have also had the teriyaki 6-piece wings before and they are also just out of this world. The atmosphere inside is also so warm and intimate, I really enjoyed how cosy it was. And for such delicious food, everything is so affordable!! If we had gone somewhere like Wagamamas, we probably would have paid in the range of £60-£100, but for everything we had it only came to £34!! Of course we tipped, because not only was the food amazing but the service too. The owner was so sweet, we talked to him a lot and learnt that it’s a family owned restaurant and can get very busy with both restaurant and takeout orders. I love supporting small businesses like this that really care about the food they make and their customers. Please, please check this place out even if you have never tried Japanese food before. It will be an unforgettable experience and you’ll definitely be coming back again. I know I will, I’m already planning when to make my next visit! “Best burger experience in Coventry IMHO. Excellent delicious burgers cooked to perfection. Very efficient friendly staff who makes you feel very welcome. I'm trying to work my way through the menu and so far I haven't had one that I didn't like. Emma and her team are very knowledgeable and come across as friends that you haven't met yet. Altogether great service, great food.”

“Seen this place on a friends social media account, the food looked amazing I. The pictures so me and my mate travelled 25 minutes to visit this place. What a place it was, nice friendly staff, very welcoming to us and all other customers. The food was very tasty and I polished my food off. “This restaurant was AMAZING! I would highly recommend especially if you or anyone you know suffers with allergies. Myself and sister have severe anaphylaxis and struggle to find places to eat. The staff was caring and carful with our meals, ensured we knew how to navigate the allergy menu, and double checked everything. Ontop of this the food was divine. My sister had the BBQ ribs and loved it so much she ate the sauce with spoon. I had the meat feast pizza and wow was amazing. I recommend!”

Efficient staff that drop on tills when in busier moments using their intelligence unlike some other shops,staff smile and interact with customers, unlike some other shops. “Lovely independent coffee shop in Coventry city centre, first time visiting and won't be the last now I've discovered it! Had the chai latte which was lovely (but after reading the reviews wish I'd tried the coffee - next time!) Also had the chocolate banana loaf which was delicious but maybe a tad on the expensive side? The place is small but cute and full of atmosphere, they have seating downstairs it seemed like also.”

“ONE WORD… EPIC!! We had Anthony’s cater for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more from them! We first met Jon when we went to view the field that would be housing our Tipi and wedding venue. It was by chance that Jon was there and we knew straight away that we wanted to work with him. Jon worked closely with my wife to ensure that the food was perfect for our big day and good god, Anthony’s did not disappoint! The food was to die for, the service was outstanding and the constant support and guidance was just incredible. We worked with Jon over the coming months towards the wedding and he was supportive, every step of the way. They were amazing on the day! They served our food, waited on us hand foot and finger with absolutely everything, staffed the bar, made sure everyone had a drink at all times and helped my mum carry out the wedding cake that she’d spent weeks on! They even saved us some pudding and evening food as they could see we were too wrapped up in everything else and hadn’t had any. We honestly couldn’t recommend Anthony’s enough! If we could have them cook for us every day, we would! Thank you to all of the team, you truly are amazing. Emma and Fiona xx”

“We’d been recommended Jack’s Shack by so many people and it definitely lived up to the hype. We popped in for lunch and ended up staying for a few hours with our laptops – a great spot to work from on a sunny day as the light came flooding in from the big windows. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food that arrived really quickly, and the iced coffee was especially good. One of us was gluten free and the other a fussy eater but we both had no problem finding something suitable on the menu...Eggs & avo on sourdough toast, a gluten-free ham & cheese toastie. We’ll definitely be back to see the friendly team, next time to try the French toast which smelt amazing!”
