“Lovely accommodation with pleasant amenities. It is secure with card access and with wheelchair access and lift. Nearby car park with ample spaces and walking distance to Warwick Business School, Student Union and Arts Centre. The staff are very nice and professional.”

“This place has such stunningly beautiful food! So tasty and full of flavour. The menu has a real Middle Eastern vibe which I wasn’t expecting from the previous pictures, and it was glorious. We had the lamb flatbread ( big enough for two!) with a side of the Harissa falafel. Good service, nice decor, great coffee, and excellent social distance measures. Felt safe and clean in there. Highly recommended!!”

“Was welcomed into the Saxon Mill Warwick front of house to have dinner so really glad we found it. The atmosphere was cosy and well designed decor. We received a good service from the team. The food was cooked to a high standard and the lamb was well done as requested. The restaurant was clean and being this was our first time in Coventry for a Special event was grateful that the Saxon Mill team welcomed us in to dine without a booking with the same food choices as the restaurant area. I recommend the Saxon Mill as a lovely place to done with family and friends lots of available free parking. Thank you Saxon Mill team”

“The rooms were nice, but I didn’t like the mirrors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they really cared about the guests. Our kids even got coloring books, which was a lovely touch. You can easily reach the retail park on foot. Breakfast Buffet was really good and dinner too.”

“Recently stayed here as we had been gifted a two night stay. Can definitely say we were very pleased with everything. The room was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Bartender with the ponytail (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was friendly and a great credit to the hotel.”

“Popped in due to having some time to fill and so glad that I did. The food was absolutely superb. I tried the chicken and pork wraps and they were both stunning, felt like I was back in Greece. The Baclava was also delicious, so sweet and flakey. The Loux lemon drink was also a hit. Overall great food at a great price. Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be coming back.”

“I have been to Lazy Monkey about 4 times now and each time has surpassed my expectations. I have been here alone, with my other half and with our two children and have enjoyed each experience as much as the last. The food is absolutely top quality for flavour, even the naan is mouth watering. The portions are perfect and every mouthful is delicious. The cocktails are superb. Fresh, flavoursome and well priced. The staff are always polite, friendly and professional and make you feel welcome every single time. The venue itself has a lovely, warm vibe and you instantly feel relaxed and the music always pleases. We may not get here as often as we would like but we enjoy every visit and always leave with good memories and wanting to come back.”

“Such a wonderful cafe. Cake is incredible, the tea (fruit tea) was the most flavoursome I’ve ever had. The staff were wonderful, especially as my friend had her young child with her, they helped with the mess even though we offered to clean up. It’s dog friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. “It's definitely a great place for food. Went here for my other half's birthday and it is special. Lots of food without ever feeling too much, which was great as it kept coming! Especially loved that it definitely wasn't the usual food that you get elsewhere. Every course felt interesting and tasty. I'm pretty sure I may have sneaked a lick of the plate... My one recommendation is not to go for the full flight of wine mind, not that it's not enjoyable, just that you may not remember the last course! Recommend getting the half flight or a lovely bottle and then you can keep the memories a little more lucid.”

“Lovely little gem of place just on the path of a canal and run by a small attentive team and seems rather popular . Not vast on the inside but does have a covered outdoor section to the side, really feels cosy surrounded by various interesting canal related items which can be purchased . The menu is straightforward consisting of breakfast / lunch type items which is freshly prepared and the quality is really good along with various takeaway bits near the counter. Just loved it and was really wonderful .”
