“I've been today in new greece restaurant El Greco, food was very delicious, waiter was very friendly. I recommend. Come, see and try it.”
“I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, it is amazing! The service was amazing so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the food was INCREDIBLE! I had the mushroom and chicken pasta. We also went to the cocktail lounge and again it was amazing :)”
“Really tasty food and Very good service.”
“What a wonderful little surprise this venue is. The host was very welcoming, not surprising, for such an unusual location, it is in the rooms above the pub. Make your way around the side to the back and enter into a bustling experience. Tables were efficiently moved to accommodate the two of us, and the knowledgeable waiters buzzed about taking their time to prepare orders and explain the menu. Apparently, it is the locals' best kept secret, and there was chatting and laughter, making it a relaxed evening. Because the pub is only downstairs, I would suggest having a quick drink, but you are able to get served at the table from the bar. The food introduced itself long before we sat down through the inviting fragrances, and patrons made their suggestions as we perused the full list of dishes. I'm afraid to say I played it safe and had my usual prawn puree and merga masala. After our freshly cooked poppadoms, the food was served quickly and presented amazingly. From what i saw the other patrons being served, I will definitely explore the range of dishes more next time. The portions were such that if you do decide to go here, I would suggest you skip lunch. Even though it's a small venue, you weren't rushed, so much so that the proprietor introduced himself and was genuinely interested in your experience. One tip make sure you book a table early. The cost was inline local curry restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.”
“A brilliant Irish pub, traditional, friendly and full of characters. Love it Chris”
“Beautiful food, always fresh and just look at that portion! So good for your moneys worth Always clean and lovely staff who work there!”
“The food was amazing, we took a few appetizers, three main dishes, two vegetables sides, naan and rice and everything was very tasty. Service was impeccable, friendly and kind.”
“Best breakfast in town , lovely people and real pleasure to be eating there !”
“Amazing coffee every time and very reasonably priced. Very cool shop section too full of different merchandise from TV shows and comics.”
“We had a really delicious meal. Great atmosphere and service. Will be back to have more!”
“THANK YOU for the most exquisite flower arrangements for a recent funeral. Your service was outstanding, seamless and had no issues whatsoever as liaisons were conducted between yourselves and the funeral directors. The photo really doesn’t do justice to the actual display. Xx”
“Ordered a bouquet late morning today to celebrate 9 years together1. Delivered by lunchtime. Original order couldn't be forfilled however Hubbards were very helpful in offering a substitute to which my wife said was 1 of the best bouquets she has ever received. I will be using Hubbards Floristry in future. Thank you for a great service.”
“Great pub, great Guinness and great car wash!”
“Excellent breakfast at a very cheap price. Very friendly staff/owners”
“Went in with my family, felt very welcomed. Food came out quickly and was hot. Best breakfast we have had in a long time, will be going back.”
“A cozy pizza place with quirky art and many vegetarian options I had a vegetarian meal at this pizza place and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food. The restaurant has a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, with quirky and funny art pieces on the walls that made me smile. Firstly, I ordered the chargrilled vegetable pizza, which had peppers, onions, mushrooms, and aubergine on a crispy crust. The pizza was served on a wooden chopping board, which gave it a rustic feel. The onions were nicely caramelized and the cheese was pleasantly strong. Secondly, I ordered the jalapeño poppers, which were cheese-filled peppers coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. The jalapeño poppers were crunchy and cheesy, but they were not spicy at all, which I was surprised about. I expected them to have some kick to them. Thirdly, I ordered a mock Pina colada as a drink, which was a change from my usual latte. The mock Pina colada was refreshing and creamy, with a fruity taste of pineapple and coconut. It was definitely a worthy substitution. The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this pizza place and I would recommend it to anyone who loves pizza and quirky art. It’s a great place to have a fun and relaxing meal with friends or family.”
“We came here on a Saturday evening as a party of 8 and we had an amazing time! All of the staff were friendly, prompt and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu and would highly recommend Paprika Club to anyone in the area.”
“For the greater area of Coventry probably the only better restaurant although a bit high on price but reasonable enough. Very friendly staff”
“Visited on a Sunday eve about 5.30 and were politely told kitchen closed at 6. We were given the Sunday menu but asked if it were possible to have something off the weekday menu; they were so helpful. Nothing was a problem and all our food was delightful; outstanding really. Up there with the best pub food we’ve had. Way better than soulless pub chain food that is everywhere these days.”
“A lovely old Coventry public house. Many famous people have drank here, and it is due to reopen 28th February 2025 with new management. I can remember coming here as a child with my grandad, and it's not changed much in 40 years.”
“Finally found a decent pub in Leamington/Warwick. The Guinness is great. Staff are friendly and the food is good value for the quality. Roast (which they’ve just started doing) was brilliant, kudos. Gem of a pub.”
“Absolutely incredible food and we loved the live band! The lamb shank and prawn curry was absolutely 10/10! Food I was faultless, will return in a heartbeat.”
“Ok not busy on a Wednesday afternoon but I can see it's a well run and cared for pub. Excellent barmaid (manager). Has to be the best pub in Leamington spa.”
“The Coombe Social Club is such a welcoming and friendly place! It truly feels like the heart of the Binley community. There’s always something going on – from live sports on TV and great live music to social events and clubs for all ages. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for spending time with friends or bringing the whole family along. The staff are lovely, and it’s clear they care about making everyone feel at home. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!”
“I’ve tried ET grill for the first time and possibly first restaurant in Coventry and honestly didn’t expect to get such amazing food. Once I sat down, a delicious Turkish bread, two types of sauces and olives immediately served for free. Then I tried one of the most famous Turkish dishes which is the mixed grills that came with three skewers as shown in the photos. In general, I highly recommend this restaurant if we are looking for a good value for money and delicious food.”
“Called in on a jolly boys outing from Northampton a lovely old world charm good selection of ales and a friendly service will be back again when we return to Rugby 8”
“We had our works summer team building event here and the day was an immense success, we could not ask anymore of Darren and his team, they went beyond our expectations and nothing was too much trouble. The day was filled with laughter and enjoyment from bowling, mini golf, pool, and shuffleboard, I found it hard to tear everyone away to get to our next venue for the next part of the event. Food was tasty, much better than we have had at other place like this. Splendid work Darren and team, keep up the excellent work you have a fantastic venue.”
