Lewis went out of his way to fix the undertray on my fiat (which the Fiat service center forgot to tighten when they were replacing parts), and got me to come in before opening hours to sort the issue out as he was busy with appointments for the rest of the day. All other places I tried said they were fully booked/ too busy.
