He engaged with everyone and was really helpful giving lots of information about the different shoe types. A group of about 20 of us (all different abilities and paces) then went for a nice 2.5 mile-ish loop from the shop to try the shoes. On our return we were treated to hot and cold drinks as well as pizza! My shoes were ordered and were available in a few working days. Fantastic service from a great local shop!”
