I’d learned to live with the pain but it got worse after doing some diy I contacted core clinic based on a recommendation from a trusted source. I’ve held back from doing a review on initial consultation and first treatment - I’m now in my fourth week of combined biomechanics from Tahir, sports therapy/acupuncture proved by Jack and Stefaan’s chiropractic therapy. I’m seeing the 40% improvement Stefaan forecasted, which is amazing as I’ve had sciatica and lower back pain for 14 years; the sciatica being the main issue. The next stage will be a forecasted increase from 40% to 70% relief and the remainder is in the lap of the gods. At the start of the treatment I’d have taken anything let alone where I’m at now - bring on the next stage. In summary I’d fully recommend Stefaan and his team and I only wish I’d found them years ago.”

“We had a ladies mini golf break to Ardencote. Afternoon golf, dinner, shared room, breakfast buffet, more golf. Great location for a mixed age and ability group. Course is very flat and not particularly interesting but suited the needs of our group and our texas scramble comp. One lady hired a buggy. The spa facilities were lovely. We all agreed that the hotel and the dinner were great. I thought the staff were particularly helpful.”
