“Popped in, as we wanted to try a range of different options to introduce to our dog, after using the same supplier for 5 years. I'm so glad we did, and a little regretful that we hadn't before! NRPF have a fabulous range of raw, and all of the best supplements and additions that you could want for (even kefir and various bone broths in little paw shaped ice cubes like I do at home!). Not to mention the treats and chews! The staff were so very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions so fully and discussing all of the details with us. I came away feeling very reassured and less worried about my choices. With their pricing being very competitive, combined with their wide range of brands, proteins and balancing options (various DIY, 80/10/10, complete, +veg, separate veg, chunky, smooth, etc.), I no longer feel like I'm having to consider other options (ie adding in some wet or dry foods) to be able to afford to feed raw. “Went for Mother’s Day and had a nice lunch. Shame the price inflates so much just because of this day, same food different day. Pie was good, pork belly not crispy and a bit of a let down. Desserts were good, chocolate & salted caramel tart was nice. Service was slow, had to ask for drinks and the bill multiple times. Not really an excuse being Mother’s Day, it’s expected to be busy. Would try again though.”
