“We stayed one night . walked into reception greeted by a welcoming and polite gentleman . He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed by our stay . staff from start to finish were all there to assist you with anything we needed . Upon arriving in our room it was very Clean and neat . The toilet , showroom were exceptionally clean with great toiletries included. The bed was very clean and comfy and had a great night sleep.The breakfast was nice but needed some attention with more staff and more organisation but highly satisfied with the quality of food and amount of options . High recommended to members of the public or business trips ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks , Brook and Millie”

The bathroom is actually, and hard to believe in the UK, very clean and mold free which is really appreciated. The location is just a few minutes from the station, city center and the Castle. Can't be happier. Very quiet rooms and location”
