He was so very patient with our 3 small children and measured and expertly fitted each of them for a multitude of different shoes. We couldn't be happier and loved how despite one of our children wanting a certain style, he took the time to explain to him why they wouldn't be suitable as the fit just wasn't right and might end up hurting his feet.
