A great experience from the moment we walked in - even though it was busy we were greeted and served promptly by Chloe. She was very kind and professional. She waited with us patiently whilst we tried different options. Everyone here is always smiley and friendly. They have a great selection of choice and staff have all the knowledge to help anyone needing new shoes whatever the occasion.”

“I've only previously used them for slippers but 3 months ago, found some really nice shoes which I liked so much I bought a second pair. Sadly and no fault of Shoezone, they both went faulty. Impressive reaction from the manager who arranged immediate replacements, no quibble. Really nice people and they seem to be stocking a more interesting range. Definitely worth a look.”

“Fantastic experience, we went 3 days ago and were served by the brilliant Ryan. He was so very patient with our 3 small children and measured and expertly fitted each of them for a multitude of different shoes. We couldn't be happier and loved how despite one of our children wanting a certain style, he took the time to explain to him why they wouldn't be suitable as the fit just wasn't right and might end up hurting his feet. You just can't beat the Clarks experience for things like this and we'll be returning again soon no doubt!”

When we asked if it came with one, Jayden was very helpful - he checked the system and found one on site for me to try on.
