He was so very patient with our 3 small children and measured and expertly fitted each of them for a multitude of different shoes. We couldn't be happier and loved how despite one of our children wanting a certain style, he took the time to explain to him why they wouldn't be suitable as the fit just wasn't right and might end up hurting his feet. You just can't beat the Clarks experience for things like this and we'll be returning again soon no doubt!”

Arrived an hour early for my appointment (we had travelled a long way) but they were very welcoming and the dress that I had chosen online was already waiting for me in the dressing room. (huge range of dresses to choose from in store too). Staff were so attentive even though they were in a very busy period with Prom season. Recommended a super cafe close by whilst they added an extra hook and eye and steamed my dress. Woulld highly recommend Jackie and her team. Thank you for wonderful customer service.”

“I had no plan to go here, but I saw a suit that i liked, tried it on and bought it. The store held a good selection and although I wanted one with a waistcoat, none was on shown display. When we asked if it came with one, Jayden was very helpful - he checked the system and found one on site for me to try on. Although the style wasn't right, he was polite, chatty and informative in offering other options. Not often someone can be bothered, so well done and thank you Jayden/Next.”
