“I have been at this practice for over 20 years from the days of Mr Biryanski. A long journey that at times has been difficult with those within the practice sometimes failing to show real understanding and compassion to their patients. Robyna was my dentist for yours and I always found her very pleasant and professional. Sadly of late this wasn’t the case until after a slight emergency I came under the wing of Amit Hindocha and his team. What a breath of fresh air they are in a profession which at times has been much maligned for the difficult work they do. Over the past 2 visits to the practice I have found him to be most understanding and his bed side manner is of the highest order. At last a professional who takes the time out to explain the procedures which at times are difficult and can be painful. At times over the years I have felt that some dentists don’t really care about their patients and the so called bed side manner almost none existent. Thank you Amit, a visit to the dentist doesn’t have to fill anyone with dread. It is something we all have to look forward to with compassion and understanding it can bearable if not enjoyable.”

“I am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next.
