“My daughter has attended classes at Dance Fusion for over 10 years, starting at their original premises in Livingston & transitioned over when they relocated to Bathgate. With a variety of styles & classes to suit all abilities, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the school to anyone looking for classes for their little ones.”
“My daughters have been attending the classes for many years now (I guess it would be close to 7). I would Recommend Waterfront dance studio anyone, more importantly they would too For a small business the place is organised, professional and very, very friendly. Every two years the entire school takes part in there large show. The show is very professionally prepared and choreographed. Its a huge confidence building experience for the young dancers to perform in front of large audience and pure joy for parents and others watching the show. Its been a privilege so far, I’m so happy that My daughters are part of this exceptional, extended family of dancers.”
“Bachata Blues Edinburgh is hands-down one of the best dance schools I’ve attended. The quality of the classes is outstanding—everything is clearly structured, well-paced, and thoughtfully designed so you can truly progress week after week. Each lesson builds on the last, making the learning journey feel smooth and genuinely rewarding. Highly recommend getting the block of classes as the lessons are structured within those. The instructors are exceptional. Their strong professional qualifications and artistic careers really shine through in the way they teach—technique is explained in a way that’s easy to understand, and they always take the time to refine details without making the class feel overwhelming. You can tell they’re passionate about both the dance and the students’ development. The environment is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Whether you're a complete beginner or already have experience, you immediately feel included and supported. The whole community has a warm, positive energy that makes every class enjoyable and motivating. If you're looking for high-quality bachata classes in Edinburgh with expert instructors, a clear learning structure, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, Bachata Blues Edinburgh is the perfect place to learn and grow. Highly recommended!”
“My daughter is a student at West Lothian Dance School, and she’s having the absolute best time! She loves dancing and looks forward to every single class. Beyond learning new dance moves, she’s also made some wonderful new friends. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting a fantastic group of parents as well. It’s been such a positive experience all around!”

“My daughter just had her 8th Birthday party at DN Dance and we were delighted with what they had organised for her. Fantastic communication, a great routine to learn and a fab studio. Miss Alex was lovely and all the girls had a great time. A really good birthday party venue.”
“Attend the Edinburgh Winter Swing Weekend each year. It's great. Fab teachers and good venues for dancing.”
“Pleasantly gentle introduction to ballet which can be rather regimented and almost harsh in some other schools. Young lady enjoyed it thoroughly, the teaching is there just needs the pupil to listen. She now has time to work out whether ballet can be a future option without any pressure.”
“Great lessons loved the teachers.”
“Just want to say Alan & Norma are fantastic instructors, they get you around the flooring dancing to what you learn and putting it into practice. Their years of instruction and competing are invaluable whether you want to dance socially or if you want more in-depth technique learning, leading to medal work or competition focussed then they are certainly the ones to learn from. Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and a pay as you go basis. Very patient, funny, professional and desire to pass on their knowledge to everyone who attends, what are you waiting for! As they the well known saying goes “Keep Dancing” which I hope to do with them for many years to come.”
“I only saw this dance group at the start of their session, doing their warmup exercises, but I got some photos and was really impressed with their vibe -- as well as the dance itself. What makes groups like this appealing is how friendly they are and this lot seemed particularly welcoming. If I was living in Edinburgh I'd love to join them and learn this ancient dance from the Punjab. Although they teach Indian dance they all seem to be Scottish university students. I'm not sure if any of them are actually from India. I got their permission to take their photos and post them here, and I could feel a happy vibe when doing so. The building itself is ancient, well restored and impressive. Check out their website as they have other classes during the week. This review only refers to their Sunday class. Good luck and happy dancing.”
“The day ticket is very cost saving for fife and east scotland. Stagecoaches operates between fife villages as well. Download the app to use, its more efficient”

“Amazing group of people who inspire and bring so much joy. Once you are part of the Siamsoir family you never truely leave!”
“Katie has built up a brilliant dance studio! She absolutely loves what she does. My daughter first joined when she was 4yo and has just turned 16. Highly recommend. X”
“Julie’s school is unmatched; supportive and professional to a T. Creative, technical and very encouraging of their students and budding professional dancers. Highly recommend!”
“I never write reviews! But I feel this dance class needs to be put on the map in Edinburgh. My asn son has attended this week's Easter dance workshop, at short notice. The leader, Sara, asked in advance about his needs/likes/behaviour in order to obtain a full understanding of him beforehand. He has been fully included and made to feel accepted (no easy feat for a mainstream facility!). He has loved every minute of it and the finale dance recital at the end of this week made me cry with pride! Thank you so much!”
