He had a very calming demeanour. The dental nurse he was in with was also lovely and held my hand to help with my anxieties. Also thank you to the reception staff who helped me when I felt a little bit dizzy after coming out, they got me some glucose and I was fine. We moved from day visits to day visits with overnight stays. As both our parents health gradually and simultaneously declined, the care staff and management team at SSCN became part of the family - then and now.
