I felt so reassured that my dog was in good hands as staff were so clear about the procedure, follow up and patient at answering all my questions. They were brilliant with my dog, so gentle and caring and they made me feel so relaxed during a stressful time. They all appeared to have great knowledge of veterinary care and every member of staff was aware of my dogs situation and were so caring while we were in the practice. The vet was able to see us immediately when I had concerns following my dogs procedure and additionally, the out of hours vets service were fantastic at answering questions and being available for support. The vet was also able to give helpful advice around claiming on my pet insurance.”

“First time using this garage, however not had a blowing exhaust in a long time. My usual port of call garages in West Fife said they couldn't even look at it for a few days, never mind repair it, so I gave HQ a call. Got Kevin in the phone, very helpful, explained my car sounded like a tractor and family weren't happy ! Told me to drop the car off and he'd try and squeeze me in, which he did. Got the car back the same day, new exhaust, so i won't be wakening the neighbours tomorrow morning...pity !! Really impressed with their customer service and professionalism.”
