My dog was diagnosed with swelling in his mouth and had to undergo an X-ray to find the root cause. As many of you probably know, our pets are our babies, and when they’re unwell, we need that extra bit of comfort, empathy, and compassion. At my follow-up appointment, Frances went above and beyond. She made me feel at ease and showed genuine empathy and compassion toward both me and my dog. She is one of the best vets in Scotland, and it’s clear she truly cares about the animals in her care. “I have been a patient at Hamilton Foot Clinic For approx 7 years and would recommend them to anyone who has problems with their feet. 2 weeks ago I attended for my normal treatment and Natalie recognised that I had an issue with my foot due to plantar fasciitis. Once my routine treatment was completed, she suggested that we try laser treatment, and immediately I felt a lessening of pain. Over the next 2 weeks I had intensive laser treatment and I am now totally pain free. I cannot thank Natalie enough for this treatment, as anyone who has had plantar fasciitis will veryfy that it is very painful. I would also like to thank Jo and Faith who carried out the treatment whilst Natalie was at the Strathaven clinic. I have no hesitation in recommending Natalie and her staff as they are all professional, friendly and approachable. Reception staff (Kim and Lou) are very welcoming when you arrive at the clinic.
