I was able to have the procedure done the same day, with all steps being clearly explained to me during the procedure itself. Two weeks on and it’s healing well. Joanne took the time to talk through my skin regime prior to my facial and made recommendations on things to be aware of in relation to my skin type and certain products. Would highly recommend.”

“I was looking for my eyelashes to be done everywhere around Glasgow for months. I came across some bad beauty salons. In the end, I decided to try Simplicity, since it's located close to where I live. I'd like to say everything they do there especially Pauline is amazing. My eyelashes look perfect always and prices are reasonable. Very friendly and responsible staff. Always smiled and ready to help. Pauline personally has never left me go without absolutely loving my look. I think they're the best in Glasgow and if you aren't satisfied with your current beautician/s, I highly recommend Simplicity. I was very skeptical as to doing my eyebrows too, as I've seen many fake looking bad eyebrow cases done by other beauty salons. Last time Pauline did my eyebrows for 10 minutes only and they looked absolutely gorgeous and natural. I highly recommend, they're highly professional and know what they're doing!”
