“The receptionist and her colleague were so polite and welcoming - she had long dark hair, I forget her name. Her and her colleague were advising us about parking for the Tutankhamen Exhibition. She was just so genuine and had real customer service skills.”

When the airline canceled our flight at the last minute, rerouting us to Edinburgh instead of Glasgow, Scotland's Chauffer quickly made arrangements to meet us in Edinburgh and get us to our destination with minimal disruption. Our driver, Robert, was friendly, efficient, and turned our stressful arrival into a relaxing, pleasant journey. We were so impressed, we booked another ride for the next stage of our trip. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again on future trips.”

“Ordered 6 large Pizzas and chicken nuggets, for a 6pm pickup. I arrived at 6.02pm and the last pizza was being cut. Extremely helpful, very tasty EVERYONE enjoyed the pizza and the chicken nuggets! Definitely would return as pizzas were fresh, flavoursome and definitely would use again. Just remember cash only BUT there is a petrol station cash machine directly across the road!”

“We were given the afternoon tea as a gift. We had no problem booking it. The atmosphere was lovely and peaceful with nice background music. The service (we had Callum) was excellent, personal and quick. The food was delicious and really fresh. The scones were still warm from the oven! My partner said the espresso martini was one of the best he'd had in any bar.”

“The staff at this hotel were so kind upon check-in! The room was also cleaner than the hotel I stayed at in Edinburgh. For a basic hotel before your flight this was a great choice for me, no frills but cleanliness and friendliness. The dinner and breakfast menu also had expansive options, including vegan, and looked delightful. I did not eat it though!”

“We booked the most basic room just a day beforehand. We arrived 2 hrs before check-in and the reception lady was kind enough to arrange a room as early as possible. There is a big waterfall next to the hotel. The hotel doesn't arrange taxis but you can call them up to ask for a taxi company's number if needed. Overall nice hotel.”
