“Yvonne did not let us down, when she was working from the Clydebank branch due to Milngavie being upgraded, we spoke to her about being asked to go to another hotel in Tenerife for evening Dinner which I was not happy about as I paid for Half board in the Cleopatra, anyway cut a long story short we asked to change Hotels and after a bit of Debate Yvonne advised us to try the conquistador Hotel as she had been there herself it was very Good. it was more that good it was excellent everything and more food great, rooms great, Staff where all wonderful and nothing was a problem for them I will return , Yvonne thank you for you recommendation it was Brilliant thanks again and I will now use the Milngavie store to book future holidays with Hayes. Upset that Jet 2 just expected us to do as we where told in the e-mail that they sent, no apology Nothing , i will try and book future holidays via TUE or someone else.”
