Charlotte who I had put the enquiry into was prompt with responses/quotes and had organised for Andy to come out within an hour of asking. Andy got the tyre replaced in jig time so hardly ate into my day, brilliant service, really nice people, convenient for customer. 100% will be using again and recommending to friends & family!”

“Staff know what they are talking about and won't upsell you. I booked an appointment earlier in the week but had to cancel due to a shortage of time in which to have my tyres diagnosed. Came back without an appointment (as advised on the phone) and was seen in an hour despite it being particularly busy. Tyres were given the good to go without cost. Even told me I would be fine without an alignment/rotation. I'll certainly be back!”

Ended up with a tare in the sidewall of my rear tyre so I called Jamiesons Tyres and william was great he sourced the right tyre size and brand as to match the others on my vehicle and all was sorted for next day I called in the afternoon and the tyre was there and fitted to the car by 10am the following day. Absolutely chuffed with the experience as a whole and his price was amazing cheaper than 4 other places I had tried by quite a margin the tyre was a 19inch low profile one honestly would recommend William.
